When you hire me you hire a professional. My in depth Market Analysis will allow us to compare all the homes in the area that are listed, pending and sold in the last 6 mths to come to a Fair Market Value for your home that you will feel confident in.
I don't just put a sign on the lawn and put your home on MLS. I walk you through the process step by step and I am hands on in making sure the home is showing at its full potential (unless clients ask me to not help). I offer staging accessories i.e., wall art, vases, bathroom accessories and professional photos are taken to ensure we get quality photos that show your home at its best. And one last thing….I always have fresh flowers provided by ME!
I hold open houses ( again unless the client requests I don't ) with balloons, refreshments and tasty treats. To make sure the attendance is good I advertise around the neighborhood a week before and ask that anyone who knows anyone who loves the area and is thinking of moving to bring them by. I also make sure that I prepare a package for potential buyers who either come to the open house or who show up with their realtors for a showing, that have all the information needed about the community i.e. schools of all grades public and catholic, rec centers, nearby shopping etc.
My clients are kept well informed throughout the whole process. I believe that is a key factor in a successful working relationship.
